This Privacy Policy applies to the Kebbi Remote mobile application and information processed in connection with user sign-in, robot assignment, remote control commands, operational status checks, and support for the application.

Account and sign-in information
We process account-related information such as your email address, authenticated user identifier, session information, and tenant membership in order to let you sign in and confirm which robots you are authorized to control.
Assigned robot and operational data
We process information needed to operate the service, including assigned robot identifiers, robot serial number or nickname, control session identifiers, command requests, command status, and operational event logs.
Information you voluntarily provide
If you contact us for support or send testing feedback, we may process the information you provide in that communication, including your email address and the contents of your message.
Information we do not collect for this app
Kebbi Remote is not designed to collect advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, videos, health data, payment information, or microphone/camera content as part of normal use of the app.

- To authenticate users and maintain signed-in sessions.
- To show the robots assigned to your account or tenant.
- To create and manage remote control sessions and deliver command requests.
